The daily intake of refined sugar can cause the liver releases sugar back into the bloodstream in the form of fatty acids. This often leads to unhealthy weight gain, which can lead to obesity and possibly other problems such as heart disease.

Refined sugarno vitamins and minerals. However, the real dangers of refined sugar, its metabolites, purvic acid and abnormal sugars with five atoms. According to Dr. William Coda Martin, a poison is a substance that can cause diseases. Based on this general definition can be easily classified refined sugar as a poison. These metabolites are toxins in the body, particularly with regard to cell respiration. If the cells are not always their oxygen, they die.The death of these cells can be long. Therefore, the daily intake of sugar revealed a degenerative disease like cancer, diabetes, arthritis and many others.

or excess sugar is stored in the liver. If the capacity of the liver is reached, excess blood sugar in the form of fatty acids is released. Sugar is as fat around vital organs (possibly causing storedtheir fault) and surroundings, at least metabolically active (ie stomach).
Refined sugar or enter the lymphatic system (disease fighting system). This leads to increased production of white blood cells and thus slow the reconstruction of the fabric. The answer to the strengthening of the training decreases, because the body can not build more effective self again.
Or because sugar has an effect on the lymphatic system, the immune system less resistant. E 'therefore vulnerable to attackson the body (eg colds).
